SAM is such a doll! She came to the rescue with my husbands hair. She managed to fix someone else is butchered fade into a evened out fade matching a picture I showed her. She was very fun talking to, if there were a higher tip then $10 we wouldn’t hesitate to give her more. Also, we came within 15 minutes of their closing and all 3 ladies were very nice. Wish I could remember all the names but there were 3 ladies, SAM and LISA’s names is all I recall. Thank you for exceptional customer service. OUTSTANDING place ????????

Although my stylist was nice and polite, I don't think she was attentive to my directions. Once I said how short I want the sides and how I style the top she went at it. But instead of checking how long I wanted the top or any other questions about how I wore it, she kept going and before I knew it I lost 2 more inches on top than I wanted. I've been here a few times and no one has made notes from prior cuts to tell other stylists how to start. Even though the cut is okay, it's not what I intended on getting. After checking it the next day I found that the front is shorter than the middle on top. The MVP experience was quicker and less enjoyable than previous times, deciding whether to return or not
