Although my stylist was nice and polite, I don't think she was attentive to my directions. Once I said how short I want the sides and how I style the top she went at it. But instead of checking how long I wanted the top or any other questions about how I wore it, she kept going and before I knew it I lost 2 more inches on top than I wanted. I've been here a few times and no one has made notes from prior cuts to tell other stylists how to start. Even though the cut is okay, it's not what I intended on getting. After checking it the next day I found that the front is shorter than the middle on top. The MVP experience was quicker and less enjoyable than previous times, deciding whether to return or not
